Some services provided are not covered under general medical services (GMS) and therefore attract charges. These are usually carried out within 4 weeks of your request.

Examples include the following:

• Medicals for driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc)​
• Insurance claim forms
• Travel cancellation forms

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales. Our reception staff will be happy to discuss further and advise regarding appointment availability.

The Practice does not sign passport photographs or confirm proof of address.
