Lifeline provides access to trained counsellors who can provide immediate confidential support and advice and is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
Emerge
Emerge Counselling Services is a suicide and self-harm prevention centre based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. We offer 1 to 1 counselling to all members of our community who may be struggling with their mental health.

Nexus is the leading organisation within Northern Ireland (NI) supporting individuals impacted by sexual abuse and abusive relationships.
Every year in Northern Ireland there are thousands of sexual abuse and abusive relationship offences reported to police, and thousands more go unreported. The supports and services that Nexus provide are primarily focused on enabling positive change for those impacted by sexual abuse and abusive relationships.

DAISY PROJECT NI
The Drug and Alcohol Intervention Service for Youth (DAISY) provides support for young people and young adults experiencing problems from their alcohol or substance use. DAISY is available to young people aged 11 – 25 years and also to the young person’s parents or other family members.
We provide confidential service and each young person or family will be offered support based on their particular needs. This can be provided through one to one sessions or in groups.
DAISY is a partnership between ASCERT and Start360 and operates in, Belfast, Northern, South Eastern, and the Western Trust Health and Social Care Trust areas.
We accept referrals from young people, their families or friends, and a range of professionals.

Advice NI offers independent advice relating to benefits, employment, heating, medicine and debt.

Parenting NI offers a freephone service supporting parents and families, as well as offering a range of parenting programmes.
DSA Helpline
The 24-hour Domestic and Sexual Abuse Helpline offers support, help, signposting and referral to victims, family, friends and professionals.

Parentline NI is a free and confidential listening ear service offering advice, support and guidance for parents, carers and family members.

Cara-friend offers support for the LGBTQ+ community in N. Ireland including one-to-one support and resources.
